"Good calendar sync between Salesforce Service Cloud and Google"
What do you like best about Riva? The ease of adding users and having their calendars sync appointments from the google business accounts. The creation of appointments being allowed to originate from the google side made it easier for users.

What do you like best about Riva? Riva is easy to configure, leveraging token-based authentication for the integration, and a custom role for limited permissions. Once the integration is complete, the synchronization policy is easy to set up and maintain. It's a no-hassle system that allows you to set it and forget it.

What do you like best about Riva? Set up Riva sync with Salesforce to sync contacts to Outlook for multiple users. Literally never touched it after setup and NEVER had an issue. Low cost with hyper-responsive support. Was able to help me through self-induced confusion at setup.
