What do you like best about Riva? Addresses the majority of the security concerns. Most services can connect these multiple CRMs, but addressing data security has always been an issue. Riva has that covered, and I like it for that. It also helps to access calendar data seamlessly, especially with troublesome Exchange servers ðŸ˜
