What do you like best about Riskified? Submitting information on a chargeback is super simple and intuitive. The functionality to submit information directly in their interface or through the APIs is amazing.

What do you like best about Riskified? We used to spend hours a week handling fraud issues. It was in the end cheaper to just do charge backs on everything. Riskified has more or less removed all charge backs and the number of orders that are stopped by the fraud filter are minimal.
