What do you like best about Riskified? I really love the review re-review feature on Riskified as we receive a lot of customer phone calls that need to have their order reviewed immediately. This allows us to re-review the order and give them an answer whether or not they will be able to place an order again.

"Best Risk Assessment Tool"
What do you like best about Riskified? Asking for refunds/guarantees is extremely easy. This is a big turn off with other similar services that make it more difficult to get a refund processed. This makes Riskified feel closer and since Riskified trusts us, we trust Riskified.

What do you like best about Riskified? Riskified identifies the "good" shoppers and makes for them the user experience easier and meantime blocks the fraudulent orders so as a seller we very appreciate it.

What do you like best about Riskified? Definitely the immediate decisioning and the chargeback guarantee are critical to a growing business like ours. We don't have the resources to allocate dedicated individuals to any specific fraud fighting role, so the ability to outsource the entire decision and review process to Riskified and knowing they will cover their decisions with a chargeback guarantee was enormously helpful for us.

"Riskified makes secure payments easy for our websites users."
What do you like best about Riskified? Previous to Riskified, we had a payment verification process that was time consuming, strict, and rejected an excess of payments leaving our customers unhappy. Since switching to Riskified, we have increased our retention in customers because of quick and painless payment verification.

"The User Interface and way how to use this program is awesome :)!"
What do you like best about Riskified? Mostly i like the fast support from riskified and how easy it is. Even my employees were able to check one or two cases without a proper training what is really a relief for me and my collegues.
