"Very Clear and Easy to Use"

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling's platform is very easy to use and understand. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found anything distasteful yet when using the platform. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I really love having all of my 'HR' things on one page. From time off to insurance information, it's a super easy platform.

What do you like best about Rippling? Great support and very powerful and flexible platform. What do you dislike about Rippling? The tradeoff of the extensive platform is a higher learning curve. But it is worth it. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? A great way to onboard and pay 1099 contractors.

What do you like best about Rippling? Fully customizable software that will continue to grow with us into the future. Our implementation manager used her experience to guide us over the 4 months it took to build the system to our needs. The employee FAQ's and training was a breeze and while we have only been fully live for 2 weeks, everyone has been complimenting how easy it is to log time-off, see PTO balances, etc. For the managers, it's been great automating a lot of onboarding tasks, ...

What do you like best about Rippling? It was easy to download and use. I like that it also came with password authentication for extra security. I used Rippling on both my computer and cell phone. I found the app easy to navigate and use as well as the website. What do you dislike about Rippling? I was on the employee end of using Rippling so I didn't find any downside. What do you like best about Rippling? Combination of IT and HR all in one spot. Lots of integrations with other software. Makes my life easier! What do you dislike about Rippling? Support can be slow to respond and/or not have a quick answer, no phone to call support on in a pinch. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding, offboarding, IT, Security, etc. All of these things are combined in one place which simplifies things for a small HR team!

What do you like best about Rippling? Ease of use and access to all documents, HR tasks, and benefits in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? No dislikes at this time - nothing is missing from the product. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I love that I can access and submit HR items in a timely fashion, saving me time as I am not looking for documents in various places.

What do you like best about Rippling? I've been an almost lifelong ADP user and someone familiar with the space. After transitioning to a new company that uses Rippling, I'm very pleased with the tool. It's all there in one spot - insurance, pay stubs, time off, org charts, security, and even document signing.
