What do you like best about Rippling? The organization of everything makes it extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't think there is anything that needs improved. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: If you are looking for an organized payroll application this is it! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest benefit to me is the way I am able to access and organize my team's time off.

The only issue that I have come across so far is trying to adjust my withholdings for our Simple IRA. Done in percentages and not as user friendly. It looks a bit base, but its simple structure makes it an excellent venue for access. Recommendations to others considering Rippling: Give it a try and see if it suits your needs. What do you like best about Rippling? I love how easy it is to use! I was able to navigate through the system easily without any training! What do you dislike about Rippling? I wouldn't say I dislike the process to change or correct time punches. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I am solving the ability to clock in, take time off, and sign up for benefits all in one place!

What do you like best about Rippling? First time user.... Easy Tool to use and understand. All you have to do is point, click and it does everything for you. I especially like the back button when I was questioning my previous answers. Some back buttons can be clunky, not this one. I also like how it tracks my tasks and provided links to complete them.
