"Rippling makes joining a new company EASY"
What do you like best about Rippling? Onboarding is a total breeze. I love the ease of using the app. What do you dislike about Rippling? Perhaps my one complaint would be the emails every morning even though a task isnt due for awhile ;) What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? All of my insurance benefits, setting up my payroll, Rippling is also keeping me on task with all of my onboarding as well!

What do you like best about Rippling? Fast and easy. Nothing to sift through to find what you need What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing it's a great and easy tool. Use it everyday at work What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Vacation and all information is laid out for easy access. No confusing menus

"Experience using Rippling"
What do you like best about Rippling? Being able to view my paystubs, without having to go to HR. What do you dislike about Rippling? That I take 30-minute lunch breaks sometimes and the break set is for 60 minutes. This may be my company policy tho. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have realized i can submit PTO and just wait on approval.

What do you like best about Rippling? I like how the to-do list is the most prominent feature. This feature keeps me on task and up to date on what is expected of me. What do you dislike about Rippling? There isn't much to dislike! Everything is well organized and effecient. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? My benefits insurance and 401k solutions! Smooth sailing

"Straight forward simplification"
What do you like best about Rippling? Having full onboarding check list, reminders and walkthroughs are so helpful! I was signed up for my benefits before I knew it. All other management tools similarly easy to use! What do you dislike about Rippling? So far, not too much to dislike. If I had any feedback, it would be adding aesthetics to the enrollment pages, but they truly aren't necessary. What do you like best about Rippling? Everything is integrated and efficient. Instead of the payroll manager inputting the employee's information, the employee fills out their new hire forms through Rippling, and the information is automatically in Rippling. This saves so much time! On-boarding payroll was quick and easy too! What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found any downsides to using Rippling.
