What do you like best about Rippling? Very easy/seamless UI, easy to navigate the interface, definitely is a friendly platform What do you dislike about Rippling? I had to go back and unenroll for paperless statements, the directions were incorrect in the email I was snet. The directions on the site are different and the way you get it to work is different. "Quick, straightforward, onboarding and HR management"

What do you like best about Rippling? All resources are together and available from a single dashboard. Direct integration with benefits and HSA/FSA accounts is nice. What do you dislike about Rippling? Benefit bank accounts are not accessible from third-party tracking services (Personal Capital, Mint, etc) What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rather than tracking a ton of different HR resources, I am able to access everything from a single site.

What do you like best about Rippling? It is straightforward to use. I can go there and pick the subject head that I want to review, and all of it is laid out at my fingertips. Coming into this new position, I don't have to worry about being able to take care of things on my own. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found anything that I dislike. "Rippling was extremely easy to make selections!"

What do you like best about Rippling? The flow of the selection process was incredible and allows you to view your selections multiple times before submitting. What do you dislike about Rippling? Rippling was great! There really wasn't anything that I disliked. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling shows all HR benefits in one place. This is much easier than going to multiple websites when everything is streamlined.

What do you like best about Rippling? I like how user-friendly and intuitive Rippling is. There was not much we needed to learn it was so straightforward. In addition, was very quick to reply. What do you dislike about Rippling? I have not complaints, I am even fiesty. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling handles all of our HR verticals. Payroll, time off, etc. It also allows me to see all my information anytime I need it.

What do you like best about Rippling? The interface is simple and straightforward. You have quick access to everything you need! What do you dislike about Rippling? Most of my dislikes are personal UI preferences. I would prefer text instead of icons for the nav menu. I would prefer a less boring color scheme.
