What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling has made signing up for Benefits, filling out W2s, W4s, Direct Deposit and other employee/payroll benefits simple. Easy step-by-step processes are simple for employees and employers everywhere. What do you dislike about Rippling? So far there hasn't been any dislikes. The transition has seemed to be smooth so far. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? None that I am aware of.

What do you like best about Rippling? Simple UI, easy to navigate and look at my important employee info. What do you dislike about Rippling? When going through an authentication flow, it's really annoying how the continue button is at the very bottom of the page, making it easy to miss. All the tools such as onboarding, payroll, reports, and insurance enrollment are very easy to use and customer support is extremely helpful when I have any questions. What do you dislike about Rippling? I seriously cannot think of any! Rippling is a very complete service and everything works perfectly. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling helps us avoid payroll discrepancies and file tax documents accurately and timely.

"Intuitive, easy, seamless for end user"

I like that I was able to use the platform without a required training/yet another zoom because it was that intuitive and easy despite it being my first time logging in.
