What do you like best about Rippling? Everything is very user friendly. The conditional logic is great. It takes pretty complex and stressful questions and turns them into an easy to use form and great place to access that information. What do you dislike about Rippling? There's not a ton that I dislike about the system. It is really user friendly and gives me great email reminders. What do you like best about Rippling? UX/UI is simple and intuitive, we were able to quickly transition to it and start using it from day 1. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing yet. What do you like best about Rippling? The clarity and summaries of insurance are helpful. I like being able to see all of the copays and various other aspects of my benefits all in one place so I'm not searching through documents trying to find it! I also love the fun payday page, that's super cute and helpful when payday is usually stressful. Very clear paystub as well. What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? It has a time control management and overtime calculation, which does it automatically, we just have to add the data and the system performs the calculation. It also has an extensive database to organize and have at hand the information of employees, as well as candidates for new jobs.
