"Rippling is such a time saver!"

What do you like best about Rippling? From a manager's perspective, Rippling makes it so easy to manage PTO. From being able to easily accept a PTO request via email, to having the calendar view in app. Also, I just went through the benefit selection process and it was SO easy and I got an immediate confirmation email- so much easier than ADP! What do you dislike about Rippling? None I can think of! I love Rippling. We will start using it for Payroll soon and I am excited for the switch ...

"The system is very easy to navigate through and its very detailed to the users."

What do you like best about Rippling? I loved that the system generates a reminder of tasks the user has to do. Just so that the tasks get done and you don't forget. What do you dislike about Rippling? There is nothing that I dislike about the system. I have been using this system for almost a year and before then, I never knew this system existed. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I have no idea about the problems because I have not experienced any with Rippling.

What do you like best about Rippling? The easy navigation and the ability to work through with my managers always in an easy fassion. The interface is incredible and I always love logging in to see my PTO balance etc. What do you dislike about Rippling? Honestly nothing to mention that I don't like. What do you like best about Rippling? The people that helped me out through the whole process, I never felt alone in the process and they kindly explained everything to me. What do you dislike about Rippling? The transition. Again, not that it was Rippling's fault or anything but the process of transitioning from another provider is a bit of a hassle. I would say nothing but one minute thing- mobile app needs some attention What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? All your HR-related stuff like payslips, insurance, compensation, and org charts in one place

What do you like best about Rippling? If I can't figure out an answer to my question through the support help articles, I quickly get a response to my submitted case number via email. The reports functionality is a great resource! What do you dislike about Rippling? Sometimes I would like to be able to talk to a live person. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling is being used to process our payroll and file our payroll taxes which is great!
