What do you like best about Rippling? I find it very easy to use! Simple and effective. I like most that its an all in one stop shop. I can see everything my company wants to share with me and its easy to access. What do you dislike about Rippling? Not anything. I find it easy to navigate. What do you like best about Rippling? I've used multiple HR systems in the past. Rippling makes accessing all your information easy, and making changes is seamless. I get notifications when I need to and know what's happening at all times. What do you dislike about Rippling? Getting used to it was a little more difficult than other systems. Once you spend time in the software it becomes very easy. Maybe adding something like an intro or pop up would make things easier. What problems is ...

What do you like best about Rippling? Very intuitive for both the administrative accounts and the employee accounts. Easy-to-follow steps to enroll in specific resources (i.e. insurance, submitting legal documents, etc.). Provides clear instructions and reminders to complete specific tasks like training courses. "Clean and Intuitive"

What do you like best about Rippling? The UI of Rippling is very clean and easy to navigate. The sections are nicely organized and I have always found my way around without confusion. What do you dislike about Rippling? No issues for me today. Curious how they would scale for a large organization. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I am an employee user. I like the way payroll, benefits, time-off, org charts and trainings are presented.

What do you like best about Rippling? It's so easy, and my employer response is rapid. I also like the icons. I would recommend to any company simply for the ease What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing, Rippling is a beautiful platform for employees What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Luckily I haven't had any issues with Rippling. It did take me a few times to understand the Authcenticator

Scheduling, benefits, and payroll all done electronically and very easy to navigate for employees too
