What do you like best about Rippling? The most helpful thing is they seem to have thought I every possibilty and the help desk is great What do you dislike about Rippling? I have no downside issues. What do you like best about Rippling? It is user friendly and I enrolled in my 2023 Health, medical and vision plan with no problem. I also got employment verification on Rippling in 24 hours. What do you like best about Rippling? Really easy to use and it seamlessly integrates with insurance platforms! What do you dislike about Rippling? Honestly I have no complaints, it has worked great for me and me team! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? HR for a small team of 15 people, it's making it easy to manage!

"Great interface and functionality"
What do you like best about Rippling? It's easy to use. The user interface is sleek and modern. The navigation is intuitive. The info of family members remains stored in the system, which makes renewing a health plan really easy. What do you dislike about Rippling? The only thing I think is lacking is that I can't find a way to request a contribution amount to my HSA account. It seems to be something I need to request outside of the software, which is less than ideal. What problems is ...

I dislike how much it looks like an app for a phone. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to review my benefits extremely well.

I would prefer some more flexibility to modify selection, before they are locked What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
