What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is so easy to use. It has everything I need for payroll and benefits. What do you dislike about Rippling? I can't think of anything. There is nothing to dislike. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling provides a streamlined place to get the information I need regarding payroll and benefits. It is also super easy to clock in and out.

"Extremely intuitive, easy to use, and simple."

What do you like best about Rippling? The central dash is extremley basic. The paystubs are SO easy to see/review -- so much better than Workday! What do you dislike about Rippling? There is not much I dislike about Rippling! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Personal benefits management, time off, reviewing pay, and submitting tickets is a whole lot easier

What do you like best about Rippling? Super user friendly, has all of our data in the same place. Home page is very easy to navigate. We no longer have to store all of our info in several different spots, Rippling makes it easy! What do you dislike about Rippling? The only downside so far is just transferring data over, but it's really not been a big issue and not sure how it could improve. What do you like best about Rippling? I like how easy and straightforward it is to use. I can get to everything HR related from one platform. What do you dislike about Rippling? I have not run into any barriers to using Rippling. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Centralizing all HR resources in one place.

What do you like best about Rippling? The most helpful thing about Rippling is the ease of completing and viewing documents. Completing online tasks like enrollment too is easy. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't know because the implementation of how the organization uses it is efficient. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? The benefits enrollment process, new hire onboarding, payroll viewing, and leave management.

What do you like best about Rippling? Everything is in one spot! And, if it's not (eg: 401k), Rippling guides you to where you need to go. Also, having my Health Benefits GroupID right within the app has saved me tons of frustration in finding my physical card. What do you dislike about Rippling?
