What do you like best about Rippling? I love how user-friendly it is. The automation process for Onboarding and Offboarding makes it easy to complete these tasks. What do you dislike about Rippling? Requested updates can be slow to implement. I would also suggest as an improvement to notify clients when changes are made to the system. What do you like best about Rippling? It has so much functionality and has many technical apps that can all be managed in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? Some things keep on moving around, and reports sometimes disappear. Things are changed frequently without being notified or given a heads-up first. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Payroll, MDM, SSO, we use many functions here.

What do you like best about Rippling? The intuitive nature of the interface from both a management and employee viewpoint. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing thus far! Everything has been exceptional so far. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Rippling is providing an easy way to handle Benefits, Time and Attendance, and Payroll functionality seamlessly.

What do you like best about Rippling? Userfriendly platform! Great for work from home employees, reminders are helpful for updates, annual enrollments, trainings. What do you dislike about Rippling? Too many clicks to get to documents section under profile where I keep licensures. Having separate tab on menu for this would be helpful! What do you like best about Rippling? Simple, clean UI. I like that I can see everything in one place. What do you dislike about Rippling? I'm not sure if this is just how my company has it set up, but the two-factor authentication is different from all the other apps we use. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Signing up for benefits when onboarding is typically a considerable headache. Rippling has made this incredibly simple

What do you like best about Rippling? Extremely easy to use, training and access to all objects needed from paystubs to requesting time off; To set up medical insurance and everything else. What do you dislike about Rippling? I have not found anything currently that I dislike about the platform. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Having one place to view it all helps from having to remember multiple processes.

What do you like best about Rippling? Having everything in one place! Quick login to see pay stubs, tax forms, insurance cards, access my FSA ... one-stop shop. What do you dislike about Rippling? There is nothing I dislike about Rippling. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? This tool gives time back because our people can easily find the information you'd often have to ask for, like W-9 or payroll information.

What do you like best about Rippling? I enjoyed that it broke down the benefits packages in simpler terms, and the process was quick and straightforward. What do you dislike about Rippling? This is the first time I had no problems or dislikes thus far. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? That is a question for our HR department.
