The automated payment system.

What do you like best? Rippling has allowed our company to give the freedom to our trained personnel to carry out higher level tasks than managing a payroll account, our employees can have their profile and use it to carry their income in a very simple and effective way thanks to the tools that the software has. Apps are initiative and easy to use. Set up was a breeze and the customer support team is awesome.

What do you like best? Super user intuitive and provides an overall great onboarding experience. What do you dislike? Not many at the moment - it's as close to a perfect piece of software as it gets. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding, HR administration, it's really an all-in-one software for everything employee and engagement related.

Makes HR work a breeze

What do you like best? Rippling provides a wholistic suite of tool for HR, especially for a startup. The onboarding experience was simple and we were able to sort out a lot of HR logistics without having to involve expensive HR consultants. Our insurance broker and accountant were able to take it from there - and they were impressed with how organized we are. What do you dislike? I really liked the experience using Rippling

What do you like best? It was really good for me to handle the tax forms I9 and W4, better than other systems. Also I like the integration with tons of apps and the payroll reports are extremely clean and clear. Thanks for that! What do you dislike? Payroll Simplified

What do you like best? The Rippling system is easy to use and efficient. I recommend it for any small or large company to use. What do you dislike? I have not found anything to dislike about the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I have been able to change my address and print my paystubs with no problems.

Great product

What do you like best? I like that the on-boarding process is quick and can be done completely online. What do you dislike? Honestly there is nothing that I can think of. Recommendations to others considering the product: I think it's great. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a user, the fact that everything is self-serve saves a lot of time. For example, I just updated my W-4 without having to contact HR.

HR Platform one stop shop

What do you like best? The most helpful aspect is to do all of your onboarding in one easy process flow and it has checklists built in to the program. What do you dislike? Sometimes hard to navigate payroll functions I am told by my finance team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to streamline the onboarding experience for the HR department and the newhire.

What do you like best? Rippling is incredibly simple to use, and notifies me quickly when I have been paid each week! What do you dislike? I can not think of anything that is hard to use, or unlikeable about rippling. Recommendations to others considering the product: It is the most simple option possible.
