Great HR Platform! Glad we made the switch!
What do you like best? Rippling platform is easy to use and the features that come along with the platform make it utilized in many ways. This is very user friendly which other HR platforms are not. Rippling makes accessing payroll info easy
What do you like best? The web layout is easy to follow, and it's easy to download pay stubs. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. It's been the easiest payroll system I've used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy access to pay stubs and W2s.

HR and IT resources on a Clear, Efficient, and Insightful Platform
What do you like best? Rippling makes updates, elections, payroll, and pto extremely easy to monitor and adjust. I love receiving email notifications for updates and tasks that are due. Compared to other HR and IT platforms, Rippling is extremely simple and a wonderful UI/UX. What do you dislike? Haven't ran into an issue with Rippling yet. easily access your info to see exactly what you need
What do you like best? What I like most is the availability to use rippling across platforms and to quickly get insight into my legal/ tax documents, my insurance coverage, My team structure, my personal information and company status, and of course my payroll information all in one location which is easily accessible from any of my devices. Reliable, User-Friendly Payment Service
What do you like best? The interface on the website is very clean and clear. It's easy to access the various components of the site (PTO, Payroll, etc.); I never find myself wondering how to access something on the site and not knowing how to accomplish it. There are other cool features where you can integrate other apps into the Rippling site to automate things like email blasts to all employees. Super convenient and easy to use
What do you like best? The best thing about Rippling is having everything in one place. In addition, the interface is very user friendly and intuitive. The PTO section is great - forecasting available hours into the future, clearly stating the each category of off-time, showing past usage of time off, etc. It also makes it very easy to request/approve time off via email. Easy to use, even easier to manage employees!
What do you like best? Employee on-boarding! Love the way we can get anyone on-boarded, all their documents, tax forms etc., filled out without ever exchanging a single piece of paperwork! What do you dislike? Nothing yet. Haven't noticed anything we didn't like. Recommendations to others considering the product: Highly recommended! What problems are you solving with the product?
