What do you like best? Being able to locate and download my paystubs from the computer as well as my phone is such a plus. What do you like best? Rippling is extremely user friendly and makes everything about HR so much easier. I've worked for several large corporations that had proprietary systems and Rippling by far is much easier to use as well as much more organized! What do you dislike? Solid HR Platform

What do you like best? Extremely user friendly and covers bases on multiple levels. What do you dislike? Trouble integrating with time submissions through another platform we use. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use Ajera then it will not integrate. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Requests off and that our employees have easy access to documents that need to be and are submitted.

What do you like best? Rippling's dashboard is easy to use, and self-intuitive. Tracking important personal items such as pay stubs, vacation and sick time, and taxing documents are quickly found on your dashboard. Their service is also excellent. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The UI and language used in Rippling is the best, its very user friendly. The implementation team works with you very closely to ensure that you are all set to get started. It integrates with everything you need to get started like JazzHR, Quickbooks, employee computers, they have an home page. You can customize it as you like it for each country.
