"Intuitive Portal with a sleek design"

What do you like best about Rippling? I really enjoy the simplicity of the platform. in the past, I have used very "ugly" and overly complex tools so I enjoy that this gets the job done in a visually pleasing way. Having control over where my paycheck goes and how that amount is divided is very cool! What do you dislike about Rippling? "Very Convienient, User Friendly, Transparent"

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is awesome for automating HR functions of a small startup and small to medium sized companies all industries. It is simple to use, giving visibility on your pay stubs. It is also user friendly and enables good record keeping and one of the best ones I have used in a decade. What do you like best about Rippling? Love how user-friendly the platform is and the customer service What do you dislike about Rippling? How customer service is almost entirely email-based - would love to be able to call in. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Seamless and easy payroll. Love being able to have one platform that all of our employees can go to for all of their HR needs.

What do you like best about Rippling? Ease of use. And information is very well organized. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing -- I have not had any negative experience with it. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing my team's PTO requests and requesting time off for myself. Also, managing all work related documentation.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is easy to use and intuitive. You can get to everything right from the main page and have a great overview of your benefits past and present. What do you dislike about Rippling? I had some trouble with installing the app directly onto my computer, but that was it! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? "Great onboarding experience; easy UI/UX"

What do you like best about Rippling? The onboarding process was very simple. Easy flow of information that was clear and to the point. What do you dislike about Rippling? There wasn't a live chat window to ask questions to a rep during the onboarding process. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Older UI/UX for our prior benefits administration portal. This is much easier to use.

What do you like best about Rippling? The easy to use device management, simple integrations with other apps, and simple compliance reporting are some of my favorite features of Rippling.
