What do you like best about Rippling? Signing contracts and picking out health / life insurance plans via Rippling makes the experience of filling out paper work more efficient and pleasurable. I also like how you can enter sick / vacation hours into the system directly. It also lets you manage your pay so that a % or specific amount per paycheck goes into one account, and the remainder into another. It helps me manage my personal expenses in this way. What do you like best about Rippling? The UX is great, it's very easy to use for everyone. What do you dislike about Rippling? I think the provisioning of Google Workspace seats based on your employees should be free and not an additional paid feature. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?
