What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling files all of my needed items as an employee, in spaces that are easy to locate and navigate. It has made meeting my needs easy! It recently helped me out a ton when I needed to re-enroll in my insurance under my company. What do you dislike about Rippling? All the modules looks great to me. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? With the MDM solution, we can manage the device management and guarantee information security.

What do you like best about Rippling? The ease of use. These types of things can be confusing and stressful to navigate. Rippling makes it extremely simple. What do you dislike about Rippling? It would be helpful to also be able to manage 401k through rippling as well? What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It is a simple benefit management tool for employees.

"Great HR Interface"
What do you like best about Rippling? Allowed me to fill out all my HR documentation quickly and easily through their workflow interface. All the questions I had along the way were answered with helper text on each page. What do you dislike about Rippling? I'm struggling to come up with anything to write about for things I dislike. "User Friendly, minus the clutter"
What do you like best about Rippling? I like how simple it is to use and navigate. The platform is very user friendly and and I easily get to where I need to go. What do you dislike about Rippling? What do you like best about Rippling? Ease of use, quick access to important info, and the UI What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing yet. So far, so great. I'm looking forward to the new recruiting product. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Onboarding is now seamless and saves everyone time.

Onboarding is very self-guided with occasional help What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? It has put me in the driver seat of most functions that we've previously contracted out to third parties without creating additional work for me to manage

What do you like best about Rippling? I love that their is an app so all of my information and updates are in once place! What do you dislike about Rippling? I can't think of a dislike other than I wish every company used it! What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy all in once place for PTO, sick leave, payroll, etc.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is super easy to navigate. It's never confusing and Everything is easy to find. I especially appreciate the email reminders that made sure I enrolled in my benefits on time! What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't see any downsides as of right now.
