What do you like best about Rippling? The user-friendly and all-in-one location for everything is perfect. What do you dislike about Rippling? In the small amount of time I've used Rippling, I have yet to discover a reason to dislike it. What do you like best about Rippling? The website is very easy to use for employees. The communication is straightforward, as well. What do you dislike about Rippling? Nothing - their website and communication are excellent. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? No problems, ease of use is the biggest benefit.

"The Little HCM that can!"
What do you like best about Rippling? The system is very user friendly. Ability to get reports is super easy. I started using the system the same day I was hired. What do you dislike about Rippling? It cannot do everything like the big HCMs can but the cost is significantly less and they have a long list of features on the product roadmap. "Great HR Platform"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is super easy to setup and use. What do you dislike about Rippling? I don't think the app allows for login via biometric screening but other then that I have nothing to say :) What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? I can view my vacation time and submit my PTO request as well as see my paystub and much more in an easy to use platform.

What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is so easy to use. It's one of the most intuitive products on the market and simplifies many of the complexities of HR. The employee onboarding and offboarding process has been SO simplified through Rippling. We previously used Zenefits and this is far and above the benefits Zenefits offered. What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling saves a ton of time by housing all of your info in one place, and is a one-stop location for notifications from your company. "Best service to run company payroll"
What do you like best about Rippling? Rippling is extremely easy to use and has a functional mobile app. Their payday emails are always hilarious and it's been a great solution for our team. We have international employees and it's been easy to manage paying them as well What do you dislike about Rippling? Not much - I don't deal with the admin side of the platform as much What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Employee payroll for US and international employees
