What do you like best about Rippling? Everything just makes sense - its all in one place, easy to access, easy to use. What do you dislike about Rippling? I haven't found anything I dislike; nothing is missing from this platform. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you? Everything an employee needs - from time off requests to benefits - in one place. No more fragmented systems.

What do you like best about Rippling? It allows us to manage apps and IT in an easy-to-use manner. The app management is excellent as it will enable us to integrate with all various apps to give automatic access when we onboard and when employees leave. Using their different SSO integrations makes it easy, even for custom apps. What do you dislike about Rippling? Some apps require enterprise plans which we don't want to get. That's not strictly the issue witih Rippling but more with the app ...

What do you like best about Rippling? Everything you need is right at your fingertip. All company information from PTO, to ORG charts to company holidays can be found here. It is also easy to manage insurance and other benefits. The user interface is amazing not to mention they have the best emails on payday! It's nice to be able to see the breakdown of everything going into my paycheck and having my paystubs on hand whenever I need to pull them. I never have to bug our HR director for ...
