"Very Customizable CRM/ Assistant"

What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)? The customization.... Being able to setup the pipelines and the texting drips. For my account and the accounts for my agents, we have the flexibility to copy what we have but still make the appropriate adjustments to have it individually tailored.

What do you like best about Ringy (formerly iSales)? I like that all my calls are routed to my cell when I am away from my computer and that I can set up automated texts and emails to help with the admin side of my job. It helps me keep take of my appointments and call backs with clients.
