Abysmal Continuity For Multiple Line Office

What do you like best? The App for Ringcentral's mobile platform is the best I've seen in the industry. Their pricing is good for what you're getting. These are to two factors I would consider to be their strength. What do you dislike? Ringcentral seems to 'go down' nearly monthly. What do you like best? The software allows you to scan, fax and call a client from your desktop. What do you dislike? Having to scan in documents and then upload them in order to send fax. Recommendations to others considering the product: Decent product. It gets the job done. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The service is used in an Accounting firm to fax, call and receive voicemails.

A few of our employees had trouble using the conference feature and other functions, but the customer support team offered prompt and helpful support to help them understand the system and make the most of the features.
