Office calls made easy

What do you like best? The web interface and visual voicemail. It is hard to believe that visual voicemail is not on every single phone out there (since it comes default with newer iPhones), but having this feature on a VOIP phone system is amazing. Intra-office and store calls, along with outside calls from customers and vendors, are seamlessly handled and easy to follow up with. Excellent system for road warriors

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I love the mobile app and faxing features. Our team is located in different time zones and the team members travel a lot. What do you like best? It is really nice being able to call from my computer with a wireless beats 3 headset. I can connect with Bluetooth from my mac and make calls on the digital dialer. This allows me to block out a lot of noise with the headset and the mic on the beats is fairly decent at noise canceling. What do you like best? We get dedicated lines for our employees as well as call queues that ring to groups. The support we receive is excellent. When we have a question it is answered quickly. What do you dislike? Can't assign different ringtones by phone number dialed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
