They false advertise what they sell
What do you like best? They false advertise what their service can do. Essentially every call comes in on two lines and if someone is alone and is on the phone when a second call comes in, the person has to go to a different phone to answer the second incoming call, they can’t put the first call on hold, and answer the second call on the phone they are using. Great Communication & Organizational Tool!
What do you like best? I love that I can keep track of my phone calls, meetings, tasks, files, calendar, etc. all in one central hub. What do you dislike? I don't like the multiple apps to access all the RingCentral office tools. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? RingCentral is great at tracking shared documents and files, its also great to store contact info and previous interactions with people.

User and mobile friendly
What do you like best? I love having the ability to communicate with coworkers across the country from my desktop or mobile phone. The ability to forward phones with a couple clicks on the desktop or cell phone is so convenient. What do you dislike? Too many changes, seems like everytime I turn around there is an update of sorts and I have to change the order I do things. What problems are you solving with the product? My Ring Central Office Review
What do you like best? The thing I like best about the Ring Central Office application is the versatility. What do you dislike? I do not like the fact that often my Glitch app and Ring Central are not in sync. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The business problems I am solving with RingCentral Office are not having to send my calls directly to voicemail when I am out in the field.

What do you like best? Ease of use, flexible admin portal, and easy to grab other numbers. What do you dislike? Customer support is all Hindu based and they can’t really provide solutions. What do you like best? I love that you can have many people monitoring texts for one incoming number. You can use the app to reply to messages or your computer What do you dislike? PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Very customizable (but at the expense of simplicity), IP solution, good sound quality, additional features like Glib. Not the right fit for us, terrible terms, and over-charging
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? We don't use or need many features of this product. Quality is fine. My qualm is with billing and customer service. What aspects are problematic or could work better? We are a small company and initially requested too many lines. RingCentral won't allow you to downgrade after signing up. Needs change, and other companies will allow you to adapt. Also the monthly fees outlined in the agreement are not what we're being charged. ...
