Good, but what about contacts?

What do you like best? The phone works. The texting works. They have apps and Integrations for just about everything. What do you dislike? Happy - meets our needs

What do you like best? I like the live monitoring features as well as the search options & the ability to listen to & download any call What do you dislike? Nothing comes to mind, all positive experiences. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it as our only phone system in the office & the call monitoring is a huge feature used for quality checks of our agents.

Ring Central is great!

What do you like best? I like that I can connect my business line to my cell phone line, which can be very helpful when I'm out of office and receive and important phone call. What do you dislike? Sometimes, the phone lines disconnect or reboot. It can be annoying when i'm expecting a call. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? a huge benefit again is that i can get business calls sent to my cellphone.

What do you like best? Convenience of being able to listen to voicemails on computer What do you dislike? So far, there is nothing that I dislike about it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Being able to hold conference calls among our different offices conveniently has increased our productivity.
