What do you like best? For my business application, the best feature I have found within RingCentral Meetings is the ability to seamlessly screen share. Great tool for everyday video conferencing

What do you like best? RC is so easy to use. You can schedule meetings in advance or simply start one and send an invite. Meet with one or several people at once, share a file or your desktop with the click of a button. Chat and more are completely integrated. What do you dislike? Some of the controls are not easy to find initially. For example, to join a call, you have to click on Video, even if you're joining an audio call. The best program for instant virual client meetings

What do you like best? The fact that I can just email my clients my meeting room URL and they can jump straight into the meeting room for a screenshare is amazing. It's really easy and I do not have to verbally tell them the link to join in. Saves a lot of time for me. The app overall is self explanatory and very easy to use. What do you like best? It is an easy to operate software, accessible each time and helps connect our clinics. Also, calling patients is easy. Solid video conferencing solution

What do you like best? I like being able to host video conferences with multiple parties all in one place. Having conference calls is also very helpful. What do you dislike? Sometimes the connection lags a little and it is hard to hear participants. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use RingCentral to get all parties together in one space to talk about projects, events, releases, etc.

Great Software to Conduct Meetings

What do you like best? The screen-sharing ability is fantastic and works great if you have employees in different locations. What do you dislike? There is not one thing I dislike about this program. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monthly conference calls and check-ins for status updates. No more coordinating meetings to get all employees at one location.

Fairly easy to use and reliable

What do you like best? I like how it will automatically generate calendar invites for you that can be sent to customers making it easy for them to join. What do you dislike? The design seems a bit dated and could be updated to more recent design patterns What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use ring central meetings to have large company meetings and supporting customers. Most of the time it's via sharing screens and voice chat.
