Trustworthy and they have an amazing support team!

Very happy with the service

I have been using Ruul for 4 months. My overall experience has been very satisfactory. I feel their support at ever stage of my transactions. I even sent them some feedback for improvement on their dashboard and they appreciated my comments very much. I tried a similar platform before I met Ruul and I see a huge difference in the easiness of making transactions and the kindness of people you talk to. I highly recommend them to freelancers like myself who need a reliable invoicing solution.

Getting WORST service However I am paying to Ruul, they taking many days to release my payment. And everyday they providing same answer. This is disaster of Service from Ruul. GO for different alternatives than Ruul = Rude Still I am waiting for my payment like begger.

I've been meaning to thank Ruul team for some time. Before my first transaction, they answered all the questions my client and I had very patiently. I must have had over 10 transactions with them so far. Making transactions and receiving payments are amazingly easy. The customer help team are very polite and professional.
