It was my first payment. I had accepted the payment but my KYC Verification wasn't complete. I clicked the archive button (which cancelled it and that time i didn't know) before my payment finalizes and couldn't find the invoice. With the help of the rimuut messenger they un-archive it and helped me with the KYC Verification. Really quick response and a much quicker action.
