New to Rimuut! Excellent experience!

I have my account for a few months but never used their services until today. During that period I had a few questions and their support system was really good. Today I created the first invoice which was paid instantly from my client. After 4 hours the payment is already in my bank account!

At first i was hesitating about the system but after talking with customer service it clear all the problems in my head. System is quite easy to understand and their customer services is super fast. Definitely a bummer there's no iOs app…

Definitely a bummer there's no iOs app for Rimuut. Also a big bummer that there's no automatic choice as to whether the company or the freelancer will bear the fee.

A selfless act from Rimuut

I was having a hard time with a client who was claiming to sent the payment but in fact not. I needed to receive before the day ends as we would be entering the weekend. Long story short, my client called Rimuut and asked them if they can rush my payment although themselves were late, Rimuut accepted and sent it my way even before they received it themselves. Thanks ✌️

Barrier of being a new system for the clients.

My client didn't know what he/she had to do. They stumbled on processing and my payment was delayed. I had to jump in and be a bridge between Rimuut and the customer to speed things up. There is also a barrier when the client has to register to the system. Broadly I think Rimuut is a great application that we needed. I think it will be better when it is widely used.
