I had some queries regarding the verification of my account. Thanks to the friendly user interface, I immediately dropped a message to a customer representative (Deniz) who reached back to me in a few minutes and answered all my queries. The entire process became enjoyable and smooth. When the time came to actually send an invoice that too was extremely simple and user-friendly. I absolutely love it! A near-perfect tool for freelancers
The system is frictionless, everything just works out fine but to be honest, you would need some assistance for the very first few times and that's another angle where they also excel: Great customer care. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the service so far, already invited some of my freelancer friends and would recommend it without a doubt!
