The service staff is very helpful and respond immediately to a question. Their answers are informative and they are very patient and good humored about answering extra questions. I think my the people I spoke with were Aysu and/or Cansu.

Using this website is easy and intuitive. They are trustworthy. They instantly send invoice money to me. Customer service is outstanding. On just negative side, the pay cut is %6.5 and it is huge.
