"Easy to use, awesome production team"
What do you like best about Total Rewards Communication? User interface (Employee Portal) is easy on the eyes. Captures important compensation items with flexibility to be detailed or high-level; with capability provide comprehensive data. Our support team is GREAT! always very responsive, takes time to explain the process, keeps us posted with updates. Revisions and UAT are done real-time. What do you like best about Total Rewards Communication? The implementation staff and customer service after production has been essential and invaluable. Response time and resolution are top notch.
