What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I love that with fond we can earn points to go towards gifts that I wouldn't necessarily buy for myself regularly. I especially like the ability to recognize coworkers when I think they're doing an excellent job.

What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I like that it's a great way to say thanks or shout out a colleague. It's a good tool for feedback. It is also exciting that you can get points for gifts you would actually use.

Got there eventually...
I was glad my query was dealt with and I received the outcome I wanted but have not given 5* as I had to chase and it took 6 weeks to resolve. I did appreciate that when I did make contact I would often be kept in the loop and advised of what was happening.
