Overall very happy with only minor improvement points
Overall, very happy. It took a while to resolve my issue, a month to be exact. However, I will say this is more to do with the retailer than MyPitstop itself. The customer service agents were very helpful and polite and kept me updated when asked. I appreciate this might be difficult given the amount of queries they might get but my only feedback was keep the customer more informed of progress rather than waiting for them to contact you.
