Excellent customer service. Don’t shop at curry’s though!
Angela and the rest of the support team continued to provide support that I was eternally grateful of. I purchased a gift card at Christmas for an expensive gift (I was saving 6% buying using a gift card). The retailer ruined Christmas by not having the item available (curry’s) despite online stock saying they had it. It took curry’s 8 weeks to refund me - (I won’t buy from them again now). When I asked for the cash and not the gift card with an unusable balance on it, they didn’t help. I ...

Unuseable voucher, no problem
I had a problem with a voucher purchase that I had just made and it was resolved quickly and 100% to my satisfaction, with no fuss. Great service!

It won't let me top up my Asda voucher…
It won't let me top up my Asda voucher kept saying couldn't connect to the server. It is so embarrassing when you try to upload your voucher and there is qué behind and kept giving error message. Why can't they just make one card which you can top up and use in all the shops it can be used and save people hassle of server errors.
