What do you like best about Reward Gateway? I really enjoy being able to recognize and be recognized for all the amazing accomplishments we achieve as an individual and organization. My previous employer had a similar program that was built internally and used a vendor for rewards selections.

Card penalty fee reimbursed, without fuss
Due to bad timing I did not renew 2 cards when they lapsed. I lost a significant amount of money when the cards were eventually replaced. However, Reward Gateway reimbursed the fees charged by the retailer.

Attempted to buy an instant voucher only to receive an email stating my voucher "did not make it. Sorry. A refund has been processed". No explanation of why. My payment had gone through and my card had a pending charge. Yes, a refund did eventually appear but hardly reassuring. Raised a support ticket seeking an explanation but after 2 days there was still no response. Reading other reviews on here, it seems I've had a lucky escape. Will not risk this hassle again for a £2 saving.

Great Customer Service
After years of trouble free transactions on this site, I encountered problems while trying to top up a reloadable card. The Support Team (Spas and Stanislav) were great, they contacted me quickly to let me know what had happened and what had been done to resolve the problem. A shining example of great customer service!
