Terrible customer service - can’t be relied on when issues arise

Was using bank transfer for a Paul Smith voucher - but reward gateway cannot identify my transfer in (with all the right sort code and payment reference) Called up the customer service to get to the crux of the issue - was given a useless response that they will open a ticket with NO timeframe of when to expect an answer Escalation to any managers is also apparently not possible, so the answer is just “I will open a ticket and you might get a response sometime in the future (not sure if ...
