Awful useless avoid

Awful. Had a problem a year ago with being charged twice by Tesco (via voucher and card) and they did not want to know and I lost £80 Today I tried again (I know!) and purchased a Tesco voucher. It did not work and their live chat confirmed it was a mistake their end and a refund would take 3 days. I explained this was not good enough as I needed the money to get food, but they were not interested and just kept saying 'it has been passed to an escalation team' and refused to put my ...

They dealt with Tesco charging me twice…

They dealt with Tesco charging me twice once through rewards gateway and again on my debit card as they told me in tesco the Rewards app hadn't gone through on my reloadable voucher. It took a while to get a response from Tesco but luckily I had these guys to fight my corner. Not even a gift voucher from tesco for the inconvenience of me being out of pocket for a month. Shameful when I spend thousands

Smart Spending customer service helpful…

I had a technical issue with a B and Q voucher which put me £103 out of pocket. I was given the run-around initially with different helpdesks giving me the brush off. Eventually, I got to the customer service desk of Smart Spending. After a conversation regarding the issue they emailed me back after an hour and resolved my issue effectively

The absolute worst company ever…

The absolute worst company we have ever had to deal with. This isn't just myself, but many other people I associate with. The process trying to access ANYTHING from this company is simply absurd. Site issues, no correspondence, when receiving correspondence, the people on the other end have literally no interest, and no idea on how to help. This will go on for weeks.
