Great customer service
Easy to use website. Used multiple times with no problems. Had a problem with the retailer accepting the voucher as due to issues with the retailer. Reward gateway promptly refunded the voucher cost.

Great rewards & customer service
Great rewards, offers, and great customer service. I accidently bought the wrong voucher for a holiday and despite the voucher provider have a strict no refund policy the Reward Gateway Customer Service Team helped arrange a refund.

Fantastic support team
the system is great ad I use it a lot but when I had an issue this week , I emailed the support team about a voucher I could not use on the retailer site and they just sorted it straight away - processed my refund and resolved ... way beyond my expectations, I expected a bit of back and forward but no - excellent service

I couldn't use a voucher for an annual…
I couldn't use a voucher for an annual membership. Initially they said there is no refund option, however, they pushed back and checked for me.They managed to get me a full refund of over £140 and couldn't of done anymore.Good, fast service.
