I was having difficulty using a reward…
I was having difficulty using a reward voucher I had purchased for my local supermarket. Reward Gateway investigated the problem for me and found a solution fairly quickly. I am grateful.

Excellent service from the team.
Technical issues prevented my reloadable card from adding a discount when using Starhub. I contacted the Starhub team who were very helpful with trying to resolve the issue. Due to a special discount only being valid for a short time. The team added the discount to my account and we know they didn't have to. Any questions/queries, the Starhub team are always quick with an answer or to try and resolve it. I've given you 5 stars 🌟 as you've earned every single one. Thank you.
