Awful customer service

Awful customer service, been using the app for years and never had an issue until today. Topped up a reloadable card, money didn’t go on and it remained it basket, tried again same thing happened. However my bank now has 2 pending transactions for a large sum of money! Absolutely impossible to talk to someone, the live chat was not very helpful- told they would pass it to the team and someone would get back to me in a week. I now have a very large amount of money pending in my account but ...

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!!

BEWARE SCAMMERS!!! got a cashback from one of their offer for Surfshark VPN from march 2023, paid out by them, was then after 9 months by 7.32£ due to a ''system issue'' nowhere in the t&c's is mentioned they are allowed to take the money back, hence, they are scammers

Cashback rejected every time. Don't trust.

Through my work, we have access to this service and the supposed deals on offer. I have made 3 large purchases through the system in order to get the promised cashback, however on all 3 purchases the cashback has taken months to process and all have been rejected. On appeal one was paid, but I shouldn't have to do this. I get access to various companies websites through a special staff portal (which I wouldn't be able to access on a non-work laptop), so to suggest I haven't used the correct ...
