What do you like best? dashboard is very intuitive and the customer service is extremely responsive. What do you dislike? Wish they'd notified users of recent upgrades made ahead of time. But they were upgrades to the platform so that's good and they were very helpful when I asked about it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Monitoring, managing, and leveraging our online reputation.

What do you like best? Review Trackers allows me to answer and monitor all reviews from several different channels for 300+ locations. I can't imagine trying to track all reviews without them being housed in one handy area. What do you dislike? Reporting. I wish there were more options. What do you like best? That the setup of tracking URLs is done by the staff at ReviewTrackers and that you have the ability to add others if need be. What do you dislike? That you can only track one URL per site per location. So if you're tracking for a law firm with multiple attorneys you have to treat each attorney as a location. What do you like best? I really like that I can add managers with their own login and that they can set their account to get notifications when we get bad reviews. I also really like the reports that can be made which makes it easy to share with board members. What do you dislike? I don't like that I have to directed off of the site to respond to reviews.
