We were Hubspot users and were used to the logic of sequence email and tracking functionalities so it was challenging to adapt to Sales Engagement but now with Revenue Grid, we get back to the rhythm we used to have. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Track of read receipts and it allows me to follow the exact GDPR rules. This is helping me to have a clear idea on my engagement and following up. One best thing is i can easily schedule emails based on the time Zone. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? I find the integration with the valenser most helpfull! Also that i quickly can see any interactions with the customer What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? I haven't really found any downsides to the product yet, since it fulfill my needs 100% What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Regarding a Salesforce Outlook Plug-in alternative, Revenue Grid checked all the Boxes we needed. It gives our Sales team valuable insights into Opportunities, cases, and Lead info right in their inbox. Added features like "Book Me" and "Time Slots" make this a very valuable tool. "RevenueGrid makes every day more efficient."
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Ability to integrate into Salesforce in ways that other platforms cannot. RG plugin works across desktop, mobile, and web. Flawless syncing and customization of exactly what I need to see. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? A few minor things cannot be customized and I've experienced delays in support sometimes. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Edit salesforce directly from outgoing emails.
