What usually takes 5-10 minutes an entry now takes only a minute What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? We are a small company that uses Salesforce together with Office 365. I have now been using Revenue Inbox for close to a month to help make the seamless link between Outlook and Salesforce. This is really how these 2 applications should function as you are able to perform many of the critical tasks for Salesforce without the need of changing between applications. "Amazing tool!"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? We primarily use Revenue Inbox to connect our Outlook to Salesforce. It's an amazing tool and capable of doing so much! The support team is fantastic as well, very prompt and always helpful. The calendar features are also great. You will not regret using this amazing tool! What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? "A good email tracking tool that works and provides integrations with Salesforce"
What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Having visibility into seeing when your emails are opened by potential leads is critical. There are many tools that do this but also having the ability to save and sync the data with salesforce is a nice feature. I personally monitor all my outgoing sales mail so I know when to reach out by phone or possibly send a follow up email. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The interface is straightforward to pick up, literally could run through it efficiently after spending about 30 minutes browsing through the pages. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? The sidebar add-on has great functionality, but some of the tools, like reminders, don't load up properly. Other than that, it's immediately impactful. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? The best aspect of Revenue Grid, in my view, is the fact that all deals can be updated from one page. Generally SFDC need you to open each deal in a new window and then edit it on all the aspects.In SFDC we have to drill into an opportunity to make the smallest change. What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It makes it easy to understand how the aggregate set of opportunities will roll up to meet your quota. Massive time saving from day one with a streamlined interface for deal maintenance. The pipeline visibility is great and empowers sales reps to be proactive as they get insights on their deals.
