"Great Product at an excellent price"

What do you like best about Revenue Grid? Customizability and Customer Service Using it our non-profit. This can be purchased for only the users that need it. Emails are stored natively and permanently in Salesforce. Emails are not stored automatically if you don't want them to be; you can indicate which records you want them connected to on an email by email basis. Customer service has been excellent!! What do you like best about Revenue Grid? It helps me keep my sales pipeline open and keeps me organized. What do you dislike about Revenue Grid? It can be slow sometimes, but otherwise I have no issues. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? It helps me reach out to more people quicker, and keeps track of all the emails I send.

All good. I believe that this is the best solution for such tasks. What problems is Revenue Grid solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows you to visually and quickly understand the current situation with transactions. Allows in planning daily work, collecting information from letters.

We have been using Revenue Grid for a couple of years now, and although we have had teething issues due to how we wanted to customize the setup for our business processes, the Revenue Grid team has always worked close with us to make it work and we now have very few issues.
