Great Work Horse
We use Revel for our collegiate concession business which is merchandise. Our customers demand a quick check-out and Revel has delivered. At our last football game, Revel did close to 1400 transaction during a five hour period. It has been simple for our staff to use and the wireless feature really works for us. We are very happy!

The BEST by far!
Finally someone that understands restaurants! Well thought out in every way. The installation was very well planned and therefore went smoothly - operation is intuitive so training was minimal - the backend is robust and fully customizable and the support is FAST and very knowledgeable. 10 Stars!

Excellent customer service.
Customer service is timely and not bogged down with excessive procedure. Everyone seems to care about a solution and not just a closed ticket.

Set up was a b----
Revel is a great system once you get it installed - if you're switching from one POS to Revel, be prepared to go insane as it's not an easy process, a 2 week process took 3 months to implement, along with Revel deleting 1500 of my SKUs with no explanation to this day. But after 3-4 months of set up, numerous calls to the help desk and endless customization, it works great and the reporting tools are exactly the robust reports I need to help my business expand.

Set up was a b----
Revel is a great system once you get it installed - if you're switching from one POS to Revel, be prepared to go insane as it's not an easy process, a 2 week process took 3 months to implement, along with Revel deleting 1500 of my SKUs with no explanation to this day. Naturally, there were a few issues during the switch over, but most of those were a) problems with my setup and b) easily corrected with help from the on-boarding team, tech support folks and very comprehensive online documentation.
