This is a horrible investment.

I run a furniture store. We do a lot of special orders and layaway. A little over a month ago I was experiencing problems with the ipads not syncing up. The customers would be in the system but the payments were wacky. one ipad would say the a customer made 3 payments and another would say that they made 4 and the last one would say they made none. Excellent customer service.

Customer service is timely and not bogged down with excessive procedure. Everyone seems to care about a solution and not just a closed ticket.

The BEST by far!

Finally someone that understands restaurants! Well thought out in every way. The installation was very well planned and therefore went smoothly - operation is intuitive so training was minimal - the backend is robust and fully customizable and the support is FAST and very knowledgeable. 10 Stars!

Set up was a b----

Revel is a great system once you get it installed - if you're switching from one POS to Revel, be prepared to go insane as it's not an easy process, a 2 week process took 3 months to implement, along with Revel deleting 1500 of my SKUs with no explanation to this day. But after 3-4 months of set up, numerous calls to the help desk and endless customization, it works great and the reporting tools are exactly the robust reports I need to help my business expand.

Revel is a great system once you get it installed - if you're switching from one POS to Revel, be prepared to go insane as it's not an easy process, a 2 week process took 3 months to implement, along with Revel deleting 1500 of my SKUs with no explanation to this day. But after 3-4 months of set up, numerous calls to the help desk and endless customization, it works great and the reporting tools are exactly the robust reports I need to help my business expand.

We have now been live with our new Revel POS for a week.
