The best POS system for any business.

After reviewing several POS systems Revel by far was the easiest to use. After quick setup without any assistance we have only made two calls to technical support and the issues were quickly resolved.

What do you like best about Revel Systems? I like that the system is on the iPad and can be replaced if dropped. Much easier than a huge cash register and the end of day closing is easier. The reporting is pretty good too.

Revel System: Best POS, Best Implementation & Support

The Revel Team has been exceptionally great to get Manhattan Center up and running with a large scale deployment of Revel System. From our sales rep Josh Albert, to On-Site Manager Rob Giraldi, and the many tech support including Alexandria E, every single one of them has been instrumental every step of the way to not only getting Manhattan Center working well with the Revel System, and also often enough provide us with 120% support on every single difficulties we faced with getting on ...

Fantastic System with incredible options to customize for your Business.

I am in the creation and customization stage of the Revel Platform and the customer service has been fantastic, great emails back and forth with very informative phone conversations. Revel has been a great help and I look forward to opening my business with Revel as my POS.

Revel Systems Worst POS

I am hoping to resolve the current issue between Revel and the organization Rethreaded. This nonprofit made a calculated move to switch to Revel with promises your sales team was unable to deliver. I hope, for the future of Rethreaded and Revel, that this matter can be resolved. I would truly like to turn this into a beautiful PR story and not PR nightmare. Great product!

It has streamlined my business and it's so easy to use! The ability to manage the system offsite through the cloud has simplified problem resolution, and allows you to stay up to date with what is going on when you are not there. The automated reports are a huge plus also. Customer service is great too. You always reach someone right of way when you call, and they fix it fast.
