Good but not perfect
POS works good but still bugs that pop up from time to time whenever anything is changed to interact with QuickBooks.

horrible system
i dont know why i stuck with this pos system and i had so much hard time with the techs those who got hired from non english speaking countries. They always try to learn from you than fix your problem. i gave up calling them. Just looking for the better service with different company

Nothing You Have Not Heard Before
Starts with the salesmen ,Who I will refer to as Revels used car salesmen. Promise you that every concern you have can work with this system, when in fact it all is a LIE . Every question , oh not a problem it does that, I now have read tons of reviews I believe all the 5 stars are done by the sales department to pull the unbelievably poor customer service reviews up. If my company or any small company did business like Revel does we would be out of business and with Revel sucking the money ...

Revel Systems Review
I found Revel to be very helpful when assisting me and my employees on the Revel System. They always inquire if the problem has been solved and if there is any other way they can help. I find this helpful especially when additional questions come up. This shows great service and that the organization cares about my service.

Revel Up!
I love this robust POS! It is perfect for all of my current restaurant needs as well as for potential growth in my business. Customer service is great and responds quickly - always eager to help and ensures that my questions are answered. Pricing is a little higher than competitors but certainly worth it!

Simple, Easy to Use Point of Sale - Excellent Support
The entire setup experience from programming the database to going live was very intuitive and seamless. The support from the customer service team has been tremendous. They are always patient and stay with us until the issues are resolved to our satisfaction.
